As part of the broader East Street rebrand, I was tasked with redefining their in-house glove brand, Safe Hands. The goal was to create a design that felt both timeless and contemporary—something that would resonate with the tattoo industry while standing out on the shelf.

I developed a bold, minimal identity with nods to classic tattoo culture, incorporating heritage-inspired graphics and subtle, custom design details. To align with East Street’s growing focus on sustainability, the packaging was produced using recycled paper. I also introduced hidden quotes inside the boxes—small surprises meant to connect more personally with the artists unpacking them.

 

This project brought together storytelling, craftsmanship, and thoughtful material choices, all while reinforcing Safe Hands as a trusted, premium choice within the tattoo community.
