Meet Pepper. No, not the spice — the character I helped cook up for The Crypt!’s wild crossover with the rhythm game RockKommander. Imagine a Swedish rock band with theatrical vibes smashing headfirst into a retro-futuristic video game world. Yeah, it’s as crazy (and fun) as it sounds.
My mission? Capture Pepper in all her glory and build the visual backbone for the campaign. That meant character photography, promo shots, and enough marketing fuel to blast across social feeds and digital campaigns.
I teamed up with both the band and the game devs to make sure Pepper looked like she could shred on stage and hold her own as a digital hero.
The result? A bold, stylized visual rollout that didn’t just fit the RockKommander universe — it cranked the volume up.
Or, in simpler terms: we made a character so badass, you kinda wish she was your lead singer and your gaming avatar.
